Doc2Deal provides document conversion services that transform your uploaded documents into professional quotes, proposals, and offers. We process your documents and deliver the converted output via email within the timeframe specified by your selected service tier.

When using our services, you agree to: - Provide accurate contact and payment information - Upload only documents you have the right to use - Not upload documents containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content - Not use our services for any unlawful purpose - Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

You retain all ownership rights to your original documents and the content within them. Doc2Deal does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We only use your documents for the purpose of providing the requested conversion service.

Prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. All prices are in the currency displayed based on your location. Applicable taxes may be added to your order.

We aim to deliver converted documents within the timeframe specified by your selected service tier: - Standard: Within 48 hours - Express: Next business day - Rush: Same day (for orders placed before 12:00 PM CET) Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the converted document, we will: 1. Revise the document according to your feedback (within the revision limits of your service tier) 2. If revisions cannot resolve the issue, provide a full refund Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Doc2Deal provides services 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities - Damages exceeding the amount paid for the service This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Doc2Deal, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
